Collaborated with the SMU Developer and leading footwear brand Saucony to conceptualise and produce a limited-edition sneaker release
Mission
To craft a series of cohesive concepts supported by a rollout narrative designed to resonate with the highly critical sneaker audience. This involved exploring and refining ideas collaboratively, ensuring each aligned with the creative vision of the final product.
Approach
Explored material choices that could embody both the feel and philosophy of the concept, ultimately drawing inspiration from the B2 Stealth Bomber aircraft.
The Product
The design incorporated subtle yet purposeful details, from tonal contrasts to reflective finishes, translating the aircraft’s incognito character into a tangible, wearable form that strengthened the overall concept.

Additional Elements
Recognising the audience’s appreciation for limited-edition collectibles, we extended the concept beyond the sneaker. Inspired by specialist aircraft, a custom Top Trumps–style card detailed the sneaker’s materials, while the wrapping paper was designed to mimic an Airfix instruction leaflet, adding depth and storytelling to the release.
